When will this happen?

We are currently awaiting a decision from Arun District Council – please let them know how much you want this Regeneration application to become a reality via our comments section now!

Why should we have a new restaurant?

This stunningly designed restaurant will complement our seafront and provide a new unique destination for events and celebrations that is lacking in the surrounding area. It will attract visitors from outside the area and benefit local businesses such as shops, hotels and wholesale suppliers.

Where will we park for the restaurant?

Chevron parking outside the restaurant has been proposed but as the restaurant is also licenced we would expect several visitors to perhaps take taxies, or in the summer months stroll to and from the restaurant along the seafront.

Will the Restaurant benefit Bognor Regis?

Employing high quality chefs to produce stunning menus which will entice local residents of Bognor Regis and visitors to the seafront, in turn increasing footfall to the area and raising the stature of the town. To have a restaurant of this stature on our promenade will be a huge asset to the town. For example, a wedding reception will generate a ripple effect for local businesses such as produce providers, florists, photographers, printers being engaged for their local services. This will have a positive effect on the local community. Any business that has that knock on effect potential is a huge benefit for Bognor Regis.
