WHY OUR REGENERATION PROJECT?

Bognor Regis, for too many decades, has been ignored whilst neighbouring Towns and Cities like Littlehampton and Chichester have prospered. Even today officials talk about Regeneration but in reality it is merely redevelopment, for example, student accommodation at Hothampton car park.

However, moving the existing theatre will enable “The Jewel in the Crown” the seafront to be regenerated into an iconic building, reinstating the architecture which was previously demolished to construct the current Regis Centre and will include an amazing Boardwalk.

This will, for the first time in decades will attract increasing numbers of visitors and tourism 365 days a year.

Our project is privately funded and support by one of the largest regeneration companies in the U.K. with impressive credentials on numerous successful regeneration throughout the country.
